Richard Dutcher - Actor, Director, Writer, Producer
Richard Dutchers first feature film was Girl Crazy, which he sold to HBO. In 1997 Dutcher directed Eliza and I, which was shown on public television and sold on video. In 2000 Dutcher theatrically released "God's Army" which became the second-highest grossing film in the state of Utah for that year. "God's Army" went on to be shown in theaters all over the country. It ended up grossing over $2.6 million in U.S. box office sales, and then sold over $2.5 million in videos and DVDs in the first year of video release. "Brigham City," Dutchers most recent project, opened in Utah theaters on April 6, 2001. It eventually played in theaters around the country gaining national critical acclaim. Richard is currently working on his third major film project, "Prophet: The Story of Joseph Smith," to be released in 2004.

Rocco DeVilliers Producer/Director
Rocco DeVilliers' love of film began at an early age, since then he has immersed himself in every facet of the filmmaking process. Rocco is best known for his editing ability and his skills at directing action. At a young age Rocco was already winning numerous awards for his work. At 21 Rocco directed a feature/student film, "Pure Race," on a budget of $15,000. "Pure Race" won awards and has been seen in theaters overseas and on cable, pay-per-view, and home video internationally. Rocco went on to direct the high school drama "Only Once" starring Austin O'Brien from "The Last Action Hero" and "Promised Land." "Only Once" was released on video internationally, and recently premiered on cable TV. Rocco owns a high-end post-production facility and is continually sought after for his services and expertise. He has edited and supervised the post-production of many feature films. Rocco is currently in post-production of his next feature film, "Fly Boys," starring Tom Sizemore "Saving Private Ryan," Stephen Baldwin "The Usual Suspects", Jesse James "As Good As It Gets" & Reiley Mclendon "Pearl Harbor".

Gerald Gordon - Producer/Director/Acting Coach
Gerald has been a resident of Las Vegas since January 1996, after having been a prominent producer/director and acting coach in Hollywood for a period of about 35 years where his production of "The Fantasticks" still holds the record for the longest running musical stage show in Los Angeles theatre history. Recently, a former student, Adrien Brody was awarded the coveted acting Academy Award for his starring role in the film
"The Pianist." Other former students making names for themselves are Bruce McGill ("Runaway Jury," "Matchstick Men," "Sum Of All Fears," etc., beginning with the original "Animal House"), Christopher Titus who had his own TV show for three seasons, Andrew Lauer from "Caroline In The City," and numerous others too many to name. Recently, Gerald was named to the board of directors for a film company out of Tucson, Arizona - Higgins/Kreinbrink Productions for whom he will be directing a film "Just Two of a Kind" in 2004.

Lisle Moore - Film Composer
Lisle Moore is a Film composer who grew up in Missouri and started music at a young age. Lisle's uncle was the conductor of the world renowned Luxembourg Symphony which sparked his interest in music. Lisle began his musical studies in high-school at the world famous Interlochen Arts Academy where he studied orchestration, jazz piano and trumpet performance. He then went on to win the coveted Downbeat music award which landed him a scholarship at Berklee college of Music. After attending Berklee, Lisle scored his first feature film and has been scoring for major projects ever since. Lisle has wrote music for Miramax, 20th Century Fox, Universal pictures to name a few. Recent Film trailers Lisle has worked on are Haunted mansion with Eddie Murphy, The Missing with Tommy Lee Jones, Cold Mountain with Nicole Kidman, and Ben Stillers new comedy Along Came Polly. Lisle writes music for numerous Sony playstaion games and occasional Imax films. Lisle currently resides in Utah with his wife and three children.

Tim Bywater Associate Professor of English, Dixie State College of Utah
Tim received his Ph.D. in English from the University of Utah with an emphasis in Film Study. Tim wrote his dissertation, "Critical Approaches to Film," while specializing in film appreciation, criticism, and production. Tim began teaching courses in film study and criticism at Montana State University in 1974. In 1977, Tim returned to the University of Utah where he taught introductory courses to film criticism. Four years later Tim moved to St. George, Utah, and began teaching at Dixie College. In 1989, while serving as Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at Dixie College, Tim published his book, "Introduction to Film Criticism." Tim currently teaches English and the Understanding Movies course at Dixie College.
